Today's work is like yesterdays, where you make a number sentence based on the picture. 1. There were 6 eggs in a box two broke how many are left? instead of words you are using numbers 6-2=4 Q2.complete the sums what number is missing?? Q3. get it the closest to the number on the right... so the first one 257 +200 is less than 348 just by 1 number! and the last sum is the opposite the smallest number that can that can go in. Well done everyone, again if you are really stuck move on to what you can do ,,,, just let me know if you were stuck

Today's Maths Busy@Maths pg 142 is all about multiples / basically your tables! I think you will find this easy! First three mutiples of 7 = 7,14, 21 the 9th multiple of 7 = 7x9 = 63 Q3 - please draw it out in your copy as it will help you with the true and false questions below. Again great work ! This was a book I remember reading when I was your age. I loved it! I'm just making a list of books that I loved to read. Maybe you could do the same and send it on to me! I always like to hear what you are reading and what kind of books you like.
For today's work, just enjoy reading, there are a few tasks at the bottom nothing much, you can complete on the page or in your english copy.

The Olympic Rings
This week on RTE - school hub they are going to be talking about the Olympics on Friday! This years Olympics was due to be held in Japan, it is now postponed till next year, so I thought we would take a look at the Olympics the games, history , where it was held . Do you like the Olympics? i love it, some favourites are gymnastics, track and field, and swimming! love those events ! What about you? Today's activity is just a look at the Olympic rings, the colours and meaning behind them. Great to know for a quiz!
