Wellbeing Wednesday
Today's theme is 'Wellbeing Wednesday.' Have a look at the slides to see how you can improve your own mental wellbeing. If you like, you can keep a 'Wellbeing Journal' to record all the different ways you can look after your physical and mental wellbeing. Also make sure and try the Yoga video (in another lesson) made by our very own Leisa! Isn't it nice to see a familiar face on the screen?!
