Hello everybody. Hope you enjoyed ‘Mindful Monday’. I certainly did.
Today is ‘Thankful Tuesday’.
Being thankful helps you get through life's tough times, because you can think about all the good things in your life.
           We will have another Seesaw lesson on well-being today.                There are different activities for you to choose from, you can decide which       activities you would like to do.
