Here are today's activities a couple of fun bits so I hope you enjoy them!

Drama Activity: The Easter Rising
Pretend the Easter Rising is happening in modern times. I want you to make a short video of a news bulletin. I have included some suggestions for what you might say, but use your newspaper article and your earlier research as a stimulus. Be as creative as you like! The more you get into it the better!!!! You can use a different app if you want to create the video. Once it is saved as an MP4 file you can upload it here using the 'file upload' feature Have fun!!!!!!!!!!
History and Geography
Take a virtual tour of Dublin now and compare it to images and photographs from 1916. Listen to the commentary. Use the camera icons to navigate a 360 degree view! Make sure you click all of the prompt buttons, some of them have footage from the past, others real quotes from the time of the rising.
Task: Record a voice note or video in response to the virtual tour If using Seesaw write a paragraph if not. What did you find interesting? Did you learn any new facts you didn't know before? What are the major differences or similarities you notice between the locations.

Research the 7 gifts of the holy spirit. What do each one of them mean for you as you think about your Confirmation? Complete the matching activity attached using the pen tool if on Seesaw or print and complete. Complete page 10 of Your Confirmation Books. State each gift and how you can practice this gift in your lives. You may decorate the page if you wish. Take a picture and upload it.
