Hope day one of Active Home week went well. I have another fun task for today that I hope you enjoy!
Here are today's lessons:
Geography: Look at the Powerpoint attached and note the important facts (you will need this for your English activity)
English: Exposition or Explanation Texts.
Our new writing genre that we are going to look at is explanations. Watch the video and complete an explanation text with the following title: Why Do Volcanoes Erupt? You must have an introduction, 3-4 paragraphs with subheadings and a conclusion. I would also like a minimum of one diagram. You can use the planning sheet below to help you but it must be done on a separate sheet or in your copy.
Maths: Watch the video lesson and complete page 127 in BAM
Religion:
Religion: The Seven Sacraments
Read the text in the video. Complete Page 11 in your Confirmation Book. You may do additional research if you wish.
Active Week PE Lesson
Something a bit different today guys we are going to try Billy Blanks Tae Bo lesson! It's 40 minutes long so make sure to have a drink with you! Do an additional 20 mins of an activity of your choice for the full 60 mins of activity!! Have Fun!
We are also doing 'Tell Me About it Tuesday' as part of Active Schools Week! Tell us about your favourite sport! Make a short video or voice recording all about it.
