Welcome back everyone!
I hope you have all had a nice break over the last two weeks and hopefully you are not too full from all the Easter Eggs. It looks like we are going to be learning from home for a bit longer than expected and I hope everyone is keeping well and in good spirits. I too am finding it difficult having to stay home but hopefully we are close to the end.
In the meantime we have some work to do!
Maths:
Master Your Maths Monday (I will post the answers at the end of the week)
Fractions Worksheet (attached below)
English:
Read at Home (one page & write the answers to the questions in check-up)
Language task - set a timer for 10 minutes. Go to your kitchen and make a list of everything you can find that starts with the letter 'B' e.g. bread. Irish words will also be accepted but everything must be found in your kitchen.
Geography:
European Landmarks Comprehension (read through and answer the questions) - attached below
Don't forget to take some breaks during the day - go outside, run around, play a game, kick a ball....
Any writing tasks can be typed and sent to me by email or photos can be taken of the work either. I'd love to be able to see your work so I can give feedback to you.
As well as this work I would encourage you to have a look RTE Home School Hub on RTE2 @ 11am each day. They have some good and interesting lesson worth tuning in to.
Have a great day!
