Welcome back to all the boys and girls! September was a very busy month. The children have settled back and have adjusted to all the new changes extremely well. They have worked really hard this month and have learned lots. We even had a trip to the playground and a walk to the river (observing the signs of autumn along the way). Keep up the great work!

Hello Everyone!
WE HAVE MADE IT! Today is your last day of home learning in third class. It has been a long road to get there but after today you can take a well earned break from school work. I have one last task for you today before we officially finish and it comes in 3 parts. First, write down what you enjoyed about home learning. Second, write down what you did not like about home learning. And lastly, write down things that you are excited about or looking forward to (can be over the summer or when lockdown comes to an end). Try to write 3-5 for each. As we finish up for the summer I just want to say a massive well done and thank you to all of you for the work you have done this year. It has been a very strange year and I am very proud of how you have adapted to our new way of learning over the past few months. The quality of work being sent in daily was terrific. It certainly wasn't easy but we will be all the better for it and it will be a year we will never forget. So take a well earned rest for yourselves (I know I will!), enjoy the holidays and please God we will back in school and ready to go again in September. Stay safe everyone and have a great summer! Mr McGrath mrmcgrathctps@gmail.com Hi everyone! I hope you all had a fantastic weekend and that you enjoyed the virtual tour around Dublin Zoo on Friday. Tomorrow we will finish up for the summer holidays so I'm going to keep things rather easy today. What i'm asking you to do is to look back over you time in third class and answer the question cards as honestly as you can. They are attached below and on Seesaw and I'm looking forward to seeing your responses. You don't have to answers each one and send them in separately, just put to number of the question you are answering beside it and send them all in together. The other thing I want you to do is to read through the powerpoint attached below about safety over the summer. A lot of this you will know already but there is no harm in revising it. Thanks for all the hard work you have put in. Have a great day! Mr McGrath mrmcgrathctps@gmail.com
