I hope you're all enjoying Well-being Week and you're learning about how important your mental health is. Today's theme is 'Time Out Thursday.' Take some time out to clear your head and practise some mindfulness.

Science - The Senses
1. Match the correct sense to the picture.
2. Write down times during the day where you use your different senses.
3. Experiment - How good is your sense of taste? Try out different foods to what is mentioned also.
