Thursday 21st May - 1st & 2nd Class SESE (History)
Have a look at pages 66 & 67 your Explorers 1 book. As page 66 is very like the interview you did with your grandparents on Monday, maybe you already know some of the answers. If you don't why don't you ring a grandparent or a neighbour for a chat about the clothes they had when they were your age. Page 67 looks at how clothes have changed since then and now. Have clothes become more colourful maybe? Can you buy a t-shirt with your favourite cartoon character on it now? Think about the clothes you wear now. How are they different to when your grandad/granny or neighbour wore clothes? Do you think your grandparents wore jerseys of their favourite Spanish football team?!
