Hi Everyone
Great work for Active Home Week. Today's Challenge is 'Wear it Wednesday'! Put on your favourite sports gear take a picture and send it on!
Today's lessons:
Maths: Area of three dimensional shapes continued. Complete pg 128 of BAM.
Gaeilge: Translate the E-leathnach. Write three sentences as Gaeilge about something you learned or found interesting.
English: English: Geological Wonders Vocabulary and Grammar. Complete D and E on Page 150 of Starlight.
Art Activity: Salt Dough Volcano
Use the recipe I sent you earlier in the week to create a salt dough. In addition you will need a container like a 2L bottle with the top cut off or something similar. This will form the main vent and crater in your volcano. You can use tape to secure this to a plate, a piece of wood or a basin whatever you have handy at home just ask permission first. Cardboard won't work unless it's very heavy duty. Use your dough like clay to create the outside of your volcano. Be as creative as you like! Once it hardens you can add paint if you have some ready for our experiment on Friday. Take pictures of your process not just the finished article!
