We have had an extremely busy few weeks learning about The Water Cycle, The Normans, The Lifecycle of a Salmon, Oíche Shamhna, Halloween and we were discussing bullying during our Stay Safe programme. The children have been fantastic following all safety procedures - sanitising and social distancing, keeping their pods and our class bubble safe! Well done everyone!! Check out some of our scary costumes from dress up day below. Also you can hear our poems The Witch & Oíche Shamhna. Enjoy the midterm break!
We have had another busy week here in rang a trí. The children really enjoyed learning a funny poem called 'Michael Built a Bicycle'. They might be sharing some interesting facts at home about plants, The Space Age, Neil Armstrong and the River Shannon. The children were very creative when designing their Christmas cards. They can't wait for you to see their masterpieces when they are printed!! We even managed to do some orienteering while the weather was dry!
Welcome back to all the boys and girls! September was a very busy month. The children have settled back and have adjusted to all the new changes extremely well. They have worked really hard this month and have learned lots. We even had a trip to the playground and a walk to the river (observing the signs of autumn along the way). Keep up the great work!
